Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

The Netherlands

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 23:00 will be delivered the next day.

  • Weekend: Orders placed before Sunday 23:00 will be delivered on Monday.

  • Deliveries take place every day of the week except Sunday.

Belgium

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 20:30 will be delivered the next day.

  • Weekend: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

  • Deliveries in Belgium take place Tuesday through Friday.

Europe (EU)

Orders placed before 17:00 (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day. Delivery times vary by country:
