Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened products: Only items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition are eligible for return.

  • Opened or used products: We cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

  • Original packaging: Returns must include the original packaging and any free samples or gifts received with your order.

Return Period

You may return eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@korean28.com.

  • We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement.

Additional Information

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
